Classes will be filled on a first-come registration basis. If you find the class you would like to attend is already full please email us and we will place you on the waitlist. If there is enough interest we may schedule a second session of the class.

Class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration with the exception of Open Sew gatherings which will be paid the day of.

Supply lists for all classes will be emailed to participants upon registration.

Classes are non-refundable unless Brick House QW cancels class for the following: -Low registration. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule based on the number of sign-ups. Most classes have a minimum of 4 students to run. Full refunds will be given if class is cancelled due to low registration.You will be notified 48 hours before the start of class if we didn't reach the minimum number.

Weather cancellations. In the event class is cancelled due to inclement weather it will be rescheduled. If you cannot attend the new date and time you will be refunded in full. This could be a last-minute decision. Participants will be notified of any cancellation due to weather by email.

If you find you are unexpectedly unable to attend a class you have already registered for please let us know as soon as possible. If we can fill your class spot, our refund policy is for a credit for a future class of equal value.

Please silence your cell phone during class.

Please remember to come prepared and on time. You will need your machine power cord, foot peddle, and your machine instruction booklet can sometimes come in handy.
