Availability
A minimum group size of four is required. A minimum two night stay is required for all group sizes. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required per person at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your stay within a month of your visit. Retreats canceled over a month from stay have the opportunity to reuse their deposits to reschedule up to 3 months from the canceled reservation, or the deposit can be refunded in full. If a member of your group has to cancel they are welcome to transfer their deposit to another member to take their place. A 3% tax will apply to all bookings. The balance is payable upon arrival.
Your group may sign in at 3:00pm and departure is by 12:00 noon. We are happy to be flexible and work with you depending on when other groups may be leaving or arriving.
All retreat attendees will be eligible for a one time 15% discount at Karen’s Quilt Corner, Williamstown, MA.
